Powering Reliability Without Outage (2008)
Throwback to one more of our early and inspiring milestones!
In 2008, at the 220kV Substation, a 100MVA transformer at PSEB Rajpura (Punjab) underwent online maintenance using our Online Transformer Dryout System and Online OLTC Filtration System all executed without any outage.
This successful result not only reaffirmed the faith of our client but also gave us a strong push to further enhance the ruggedness and field reliability of our systems.

šĀ Performance Enhancements Achieved:
BDV improved from 44kV ā”ļøĀ 56kV
Water Content reduced from 22ppm ā”ļøĀ 5ppm
Specific Resistivity increased from 0.93 Ć 10Ā¹Ā² ā”ļøĀ 1.4 Ć 10Ā¹Ā² ohm-cm
IR values saw significant rise, moving from KĪ© range to multiple GĪ© readings, PI values improved
No sludge detected, and Tan Delta improved and remained stable at excellent values
