Driving Innovation in Power Asset Reliability
A Proud Milestone with HPSEB
Very few states take bold steps toward adopting new maintenance technologies and Himachal Pradesh stands among the pioneers.
Our partnership with HPSEB began in 2008, when PTss had the opportunity to present advanced transformer maintenance technologies at their Substation Design Offices and Headquarters in Hamirpur and Shimla.
This forward looking approach resulted in their first NIT release in 2009, marking a transformational shift in preventive and condition based maintenance.
Over the years, PTss has supplied both portable and fixed TDS systems, supporting HPSEB in enhancing the reliability and life cycle of their transformer fleet.

As part of the implementation journey, PTss also conducted extensive field level training at the 100 MVA, 220 kV Substation, Nalagarh, involving teams across the state. The participation included staff across roles from ALM, LM, SSA, JE, AE, EE, SE and was supported by the Director (Technical) to ensure optimal utilization of the deployed solutions.
We also facilitated structured feedback and experience sharing sessions, with participation from officers at the levels of AE, EE, SE, and CE, making it a collaborative and continuous learning process.
We sincerely thank HPSEB for their trust, collaboration, and openness to innovation.
At PTss, we remain committed to supporting our customers, addressing their requirements, and advancing asset life enhancement technologies for the power sector.
