Oil Filtration System with Heater
Our PTss-Oil Filtration System with Heater is designed to heat the Oil up-to required temperature. The Temperature of oil is increased by continuous circulation of oil through the Heater until required temperature is achieved. The System is also equipped with a Filtration Vessel to remove the contaminants in the Oil before entering the Heater.

The Oil Heating Process is designed for safe and uninterrupted operations. The System is connected to the Oil tank contains the Oil that need to be heated. Initially the oil needs to flow through the Filter (Until Oil Temperature raises to 70°C) to remove the Contaminants in the Oil. After Oil Reaching 70°C, the 3 Way Ball Valve needs to Change the Direction So that, the Oil Should directly flow to the Heater. Continue the Oil Circulation until it reaches the required temperature.
As the Process of Oil Heating takes place in the system, the Oil Temperature is Continuously monitored in the HMI. Once it reaches 70°C, the direction of 3 Way Manual Ball Valve needs to change.

This equipment works with a flow rate of around 19LPM (approx.) & Heating of Oil Temperature up-to 120°C.
For Effective functioning of system, the Oil needs to be Filtered by the Filter provided in the System before Heating above 70°C
